Description of the home

A large size bedroom is now available in our lovely spacious 3 bedroom double storey town house in Belmont close to the Perth CBD, Curtin University, and the Belmont Forum Shopping Centre.

The room is furnished with a new double bed, bedside table, mattress, linen, and has a spacious wardrobe. You will be sharing the house with only two other friendly and clean housemates, a Japanese girl and a Swedish guy, both working full time. In our spare time we like to stay active and when time allows go out for dinner together.

If you are looking for a quiet and friendly house, this will suit you perfectly. We are not party people and do not drink or smoke. You will have your own dedicated storage space in the pantry, fridge, and bathroom. All essential amenities (pots & pans, appliances etc) are available which you are very welcome to use).
