If you like having a modern living space, being close to all the essentials (river/gym/beach/Freo), all the creature comforts (fully furnished pad) and decent roomies you can call mates - We'd love to hear from you! We are 10 mins away from Notre Dame and Murdoch, 20 mins away from UWA and Curtin. Eaaaasy access for a student! You can also jump on a bus from Canning Hwy into the City, or into Freo.

The location is pretty bloody excellent, 5 minute walk from from Melville Plaza (Dan Murphy's... Just sayin') Jetts/Plus Fitness/Melville Rec and every glorious take away chain you could imagine (Nandos/Zambreros/Silver Sushi/Chinese), plus many cute brunch spots. 10-15 minute walk to Bicton Baths, Blackwall Reach and East Freo Sports Oval, which is HEAVEN in summer!

25 y/o, working full time in recruitment within disability sector, currently studying Dip. in Psychology at UWA.
Social, thoroughly enjoys wine and working out, but also pizza. Part owner of house doggo - Kobe the rescue pup (kelpie x stafferino)
Awakes at 6:30am to walk sleepy doggo, works in Central Freo from 8:30-4:30, then collapses in front of Foxtel or Netflix to watch something meaningful (i.e. Great British Bake Off or Real Housewives), then gym or hockey training, followed by some attempt at cooking then bed.

Fridays/Saturdays I like to frequent Dan Murphy's for a fine drop of $6 bargain bin Sav Blanc or Cab Sav, spend the excess funds on fancier cheese, then have mates over for banterous times.

Alex - Part time owner of property and doggo
25 y/o mechanical engineer, works for an Oil and Gas giant in the CBD, sometimes has to travel offshore for work for weeks at a time.
Sport is lyf (except hockey), especially NBA/NHL/Golf/Surfing/AFL fan. Likes podcasts and hogging the Foxtel remote. If you like sport in any facet, you will get along. Also likes entrepreneurship, good tunes, Playstation and Netflix.
Quieter than Clare, doesn't like to cook. Likes to UberEat.
Sleeps in as late as possible, showers, works 9-5, walks doggo, then settles in for a night of Foxsport.

Description of pets
Kobe is our 1.5 year old rescue pup, who we think is a small kelpie x staffy. Kobe is extremely friendly to all people, human or four legged and does not have an aggressive bone in his body. Kobe would like nothing more than to nap on you while you watch TV, but initially he can be a little boisterous around new people (will follow you, give you the occasional lick, boop, or excited jump) but quickly settles down, as he sleeps 90% of the day. We walk him twice a day to control his energy and now that he is going out of his excitable pup phase, he is a lovely natured dog. He is let inside when we are around, however our tenants have no responsibility to look after him in any way (although we hope you love him too!). He only barks when someone knocks at the door, or if he spots another doggo on the TV, haha!

Kobe lives outside when we aren't home, but we let him inside when we are home. He isn't allowed 'upstairs' to the tenant bedrooms, unless you invite him there yourself. At night, he sleeps in out room which opens out onto the deck.
