The house is located near public transport and only 5 minutes ride to Murdoch train station. Bull Creek Stockland shopping center or Willeton Southland Shopping center is just couple of minutes rides away. One double room furnished with a Queen bed and shared bathroom with 2 young guys of 20 and 28 is now staying at the premises. The kitchen is well equiped with a decent dining and a living area. The patio is pacious and has a separate entry to the back yard Garden.
