Description of the home

The house is located at Hetherington Drive along South Street. The bus stop is just Infront of the house at South Street and only 5 minutes bus ride to Murdoch train station or 15 minutes to Curtin University and 20 minutes train ride to CBD. Bull Creek Stockland or Willeton Southland Shopping mall is just couple of minutes rides away.

The double room is fully furnished with a Queen bed with built-in wardrobe, split Air-conditioning and shared bathroom and toilet. The Masteroom is occupied by a working holiday couple from UK age 26 & 23 and the other 2 single room by 2 guys age 26&22. One of ythem is from UK on working holidays and another guy doing a Master degree at UWA.

The kitchen is well equiped and furnished with a decent dining and a living area. The patio is spacious and has a separate entry to the back yard Garden.

The location is along South Street and bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the house and 5 minutes ride to Murdoch train station and 20 minutes to CBD.

All the flatmates are friendly, clean, tidy, helpful and respectful. They prefer prepare their own meals and love a peaceful and harmonious environment. They all love to see and welcome any flatmates with same vibes and mind set.

All bills and wifi are inclusive based on normal household ussage however all tenants are reminded to avoid wastage of water and electricity on the ussage.
