I am looking for a new housemate to join me in houseshare in a 2 bedroom unit. The air conditioned unit has 1 Shared Bathroom plus a Garden and a parking space. Lounge comes with sofas, a TV and WIFI throughout the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped and laundry comes with a washing machine.

Bullcreek shopping centre is only 10 minute walk away. Plenty of pubs and restaurants are close by including Bullcreek and Burrendah Tavern. The unit is 10 minutes' walk from Local IGA or Woolworths, 2 minutes' walk from a bus stop on South Street which connects you to Murdoch Train Station, Perth City, Fremantle and surrounds. Bus number: 998 which runs all day and night every 15 minutes. Murdoch University and Fiona Stanley is only a short drive or bus trip away.

Move in date is from start of June 2017. Current tenant is sociable young professional early 20's so I am looking for likeminded person (female) to move in. I like to watch the odd movie, love cooking, and head down to the local pub for a glass of wine or on the couch if you are keen.
