Relatively new house (finished construction and I moved in at the start of 2020) so everything's in good condition.
All the basic amenities of someone who has been living here for a while;
-Kitchen stocked with all the things you would come to expect
-Living room tv with home-theater PC and other entertainment stuff
-Garage with lots of tools/car cleaning stuff (garage can only fit my car with current storage but space for driveway/verge parking)

With all of these things I'm happy for you to use them as long as they're treated with respect. Basically means you only need to provide stuff for your room/bathroom, everything else is already supplied.

When at home I am usually just relaxing and generally keep to myself. Usually go out to visit friends rather than have people over so the house is a generally quiet environment.
I'm extremely tidy and take great care and pride in my property, big neat freak so how clean and tidy everything looks in the pictures is how I keep it looking all the time.
Chris (male, 28) is the other current housemate. He works a 2/2 fifo roster, when home he also keeps to himself and goes out rather than having people over.
Otherwise, all your other normal stuff, be able to pay for rent and don't introduce any drama/sketchy stuff to the house. Would prefer someone who is looking for long term accommodation.
