Room for Rent – Chill Vibes, Spa Nights & Good Company!

We’ve got a spare room up for grabs in our big, comfy home in a relaxed household.

About the Room:
• $350/week for a single
• $450/week for a couple
• All bills included (yep, no nasty surprises)
• Shared bathroom with just one other (FIFO – only home 4 nights a fortnight)

The House Has It All:
• Two lounge rooms for maximum Netflix flexibility
• Huge kitchen – bring your cooking game
• Games room with pool table, dart board & bar (yes, really)
• Backyard spa for winding down
• Street parking right out front

The Household Vibe:
You’ll be living with Sophie & Tyson (friendly, laid-back landlords), and Joel (FIFO, pretty low-key). Tyson’s son is with us a few nights a fortnight, so it’s a family home but still fun – think chilled hangouts, occasional family dinners, and the odd pool comp, but also happy for our own time as well.

We’re also a pet-friendly home – sharing the space with our lovable beagle Otto and two indoor cats, Chelsea and Jaine. They’re a big part of our family, so we’re looking for someone respectful and kind towards animals.

We’re after someone easygoing, respectful, clean and happy to be part of a peaceful, friendly home.
