Description of the home

Looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to join a relaxed and welcoming home.

The house is set up in three separate sections, making it ideal for shared living while still allowing everyone their own space and privacy.

Section 1 is Tyson’s area, with his bedroom, his son’s bedroom, playroom and lounge room.

Section 2 is the shared hub of the home, featuring the kitchen, dining area and games room, with access to the outdoor entertaining area complete with a BBQ, pizza oven, spa and large backyard.

Section 3 includes a second lounge room, three bedrooms, bathroom and laundry.
Only 2 bedrooms will be rented out.

A little about the household: Tyson works from home during the day and has a young son who spends a lot of time at the house, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable around children and happy living in a family-friendly environment.

The home also has a dog, so being pet-friendly is a must.

Tyson is originally from Queensland and I’ve grown up in Perth and we’ve created a warm, easygoing home where friends are treated like family. We’d love to find someone who enjoys a chat, is friendly and considerate, and is happy to be a part of the household while still respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.

The home is conveniently located close to local shops and amenities, with Joondalup just a short drive away for larger shopping, dining and entertainment options.
