Tim is the resident (my brother), very easy-going, he's shared with mostly young people for years and looked after our elderly Dad for many years until he passed on at 94 and a half! Gets on with everybody. Used to have a couple of drinks, but doesn't drink now, so prefer flatmates who don't drink at home. Non-smokers only, thanks. Tim's at home every evening, and most afternoons. He loves taking his small dog Pippy on long walks.

Age not important, the room would suit a student or FIFO worker. Kitchen is well-equipped with gas stovetop, oven, fridge and microwave. Prefer flatmates who tidy after themselves, and don't mind contributing to the housework.
