Hi have a single room for rent in a nice quiet home in Clarkson. Pets are allowed as long as they get along with my two girls. I’m a single mum who restores furniture from home in the garage . Would prefer female or fifo and someone who doesn’t mind noises late at night or early morning because I can b a bit of a night owl sometimes. Not often but don’t want anyone who isn’t flexible with things like this.
