Hi there :) We’re looking for a third female housemate to join us in our two-storey townhouse. The room will be free as of Thurs 19th Feb.
We're looking for someone who is very easy going, clean and tidy, respectful of shift workers, and has a chilled-out vibe.
Our home is fully furnished apart from the bedrooms.
The townhouse consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms that are all located upstairs (you will be sharing the bathroom with one other person), and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge downstairs. There's one toilet upstairs, one downstairs.
There's a cute little paved courtyard/alfresco area.
Super close to IGA/petrol station/bus routes etc.
Parking is on a quiet, tree-lined street.
Rent is $320 per week. We pay rent fortnightly, in advance. A 4 week bond of $1280 is required too.

We're both full time shift workers: Jade (29) works as an OT, Mel (40) works as an emergency vet nurse.
Jade is into yoga & Pilates, Mel is studying in her spare time so hobbies are almost nonexistent at the moment…
We're both friendly, quiet people who value a clean, tidy household that is easy to maintain.
We respect each others space and are often doing our own thing, but also happy to have a chat and a laugh or binge watch a new Netflix series.
The vibe here is pretty chill - we treat the space like a home, not just a rental - it’s a place where we can relax, unwind, and feel comfortable.
Unfortunately no couples - it becomes a bit too crowded!
