Description of the home

Myself (26) and Ben (31) are looking for a mature new roomie to join our fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence in Connolly.

You will share a bathroom with Ben who is FIFO and only home half of the month, and usually less as you’ll find him at the bottom of the ocean spearing fish. I work multiple jobs in the youth work field and run events in spare time! We don’t mind the occasional board game night, bevvy by the fire pit or dinner party and invite anyone who wants in!

The backyard is large and dogs parents are encouraged, however pissing in bottles and storing them in your room is not (bad housemate experience).
The room fits a queen sized bed and has a built in wardrobe, carpet floors and a small shelf.

We are seeking someone who is independent and can contribute to the house cleaning and maintenance without being asked. Personal hygiene and a reliable income is also encouraged so irregular showerers need not apply.

Rent is $120 per week + bills when they slide into my inbox. Bond is also required. References are required.
