Hi, I’m a single father (47) with two teenage girls (19 & 16).
I have a job so will be out most days, one girl is working and the other is in year 12 so will need space to study.
Eldest child has moved out so I’m looking to rent the room. Looking for someone who is female to fit in with bathroom sharing with my daughters etc as all of your rooms are in the same end of the house. Both girls are social and friendly.
4 bedroom house with pool and plenty of living areas if you want your own space.
We have 4 border collies who are very friendly and love some attention so you’ll need to be ok with dogs.
I’m a decent cook so if you’d like to join for family dinners that’s fine
We also have a pool, across the road from Currambine shops/cinema, on the bus route straight into Joondalup (10 mins max) and are 10 mins walk from the beach.
Perfect if you’re working at Joondalup hospital, ECU or want good transport links to the city.
I have no problem with people going out on weekends and coming in late as long as you’re quiet, same rules apply to my eldest.
