Lovely small townhouse with an excellent location. There is one shower, two toilets, two outside areas, one with a large table and chairs perfect for a beer in the summertime. One car park available but is always lots of street parking with the option of getting a permit. An incredibly short walk to UWA, Broadway shopping centre and the river with huge green areas. Only a ten minute drive from the CBD. Plenty of great restaurants around.
