We barely use the living areas so the person who occupies the smaller bedroom has the large lounge room and adjoining living room to themselves 95% of the time.

Unfortunately we've just received notice our lease will not be renewed on the 16th of July as the owner is selling the property (I've been here for 14 years). We can now only offer the room to a short-term tenant to move in ASAP.

The house has an art-deco style with tall ceilings, large living spaces, carpets and polished floor-boards, air-con and gas. There is a large lounge room, large kitchen, large bathroom, 3 bedrooms (2 large bedrooms with adjoining studies, 1 small/mid-sized bedroom), 2 toilets (you have your own), gym, balcony, garage and a storage room. Each of us have our own large living areas so personal space and privacy is the norm, plus we're busy with work and study so you’ll often have the house to yourself anyway.

We’re well situated between UWA and the Captain Stirling. Supermarket, chemist, bakery, and takeaway food are all close and the bus stop is 30 seconds away (City-Fremantle line, 10mins to city, 5mins to Cott, 15mins to Freo).

Bills and expenses

Rent inspections are every 4-6 months and we have a good relationship with both the owner and real estate agent.
All-in-all, we're usually busy with our jobs and personal lives so the house is relaxed and quiet.

Nitzen is studying sound engineering, works as a wedding and commercial photographer, and enjoys road trips and staying healthy. We're both currently in relationships so we don’t mind if you are too. Overall, we’re easy-going, clean, trustworthy people and expect you to be the same.
Compatible people
