The bedroom large master is in the front of the house with own private bathroom and built in robe.
Ten minutes’ walking distance to the train station and Coles super market.
ECU, university is also down the road from the mayor Joondalup shopping centre and both locations are less than ten min train ride.
The room is $300 a week this include, gas, water, internet and you have your own fridge.
Bond is required.
