ECU University is also nearby, less than a ten-minute train ride from the shopping centre. Perth CBD is approximately a 30-minute drive, depending on traffic. If you enjoy the beach, it’s just a further 5-minute drive past Coles supermarket.

This house has everything you want and is in an excellent location.

I work FIFO, so roughly half the time you’ll have the house to yourself. I have too many interests to mention here, but some include yoga spirual growth and plant medicine and exercise.I love reading and learning about the world. I’m easy-going and not caught up in trends. I enjoy growing my own food when possible, love to cook, and am happy to share a meal occasionally. I don’t drink or smoke, and I try to keep fit and eat healthy.
Nitty enjoys a chat but is often out working and not home much. She works most days, usually mornings and late evenings, so she keeps to herself quite a bit as she’s often resting between shifts. She’s charming, easy-going, and very tidy.
