Brand new build in a private estate in Darling Downs. It’s just the two of us in our 4x2 so we’re looking for a housemate to rent one of the bedrooms out - the other two are currently being used as an office and guest bedroom. The room for rent had its own bathroom (inc shower and bath) and separate toilet. It’s also at the back of the house (opposite end to the master) and backs onto the back garden so plenty of privacy.

I work from home two days a week and my partner works shift work so we’re looking for an easy going, neat and tidy housemate 😊

$175 p/w plus bills (internet, gas, electricity & water) which are split evenly between all housemates
