Parties are fine as long as all housemates agree beforehand.
Guests are welcome; just discuss it if you’re planning to have multiple people over or someone staying for an extended period.
Keep parking organised so no one is blocked in.
Rent to be paid on time each week.

1 month notice required before moving out.
