About The Houseshare:
I have a sharehouse available to rent a room in. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom setup. You will have your choice between two bedrooms and have on side of the house to yourself.
This is an amazing location minute from the beach, café strip, and shops. 410 Bus to Stirling commutes on the street to get to the City is a breeze!

We have the option for a third person to move in which would reduce the rent for everyone and pay $160 per week plus bills if beneficial for both myself and the housemate, and for the right fit person.

I am a 32 year old female working full-time in Education. I am very active, love being outside and at the beach. Looking to share a house with someone to make a home and have a housemate/s like a friend. I am very easy going. Not a huge party animal but like to be social over the weekend with friends and family. I spent my weekend usually at the beach with my Surf Club.
My dog (lab x collie) who is 6 years of age will be living on the property so you must love animals! She has a beautiful nature with no aggression and loves company and cuddles. We live across a beautiful park (20m) that can see the ocean and sunsets! The house is very secure and safe and located on a quiet street across a park.
