I’m putting out feelers for my rental in East Fremantle and exploring a few different options.

At the moment I’m only spending around 1 week per month in Perth, and this will likely reduce further in the near future.

Options being considered:
• Long-term: Lease takeover (subject to agency approval, shared lease) – $550/week, unfurnished, bills excluded.
• Short-term: Minimum 2-month stay – $850/week, fully furnished, all bills included.

Located in the quiet riverside suburb of East Fremantle, the property is within walking distance of the Swan River, cafés, restaurants, parks, and public transport, with Fremantle town centre just minutes away.

There is a potential third option where I stay on renting one of the smaller ground floor bedrooms. This can be discussed in person and your arrangement would remain largely the same.
