I’ve just secured a 12-month lease on this well-presented home in a quiet pocket of East Fremantle, within a few minutes walk of Swan River and less than 10 mins drive to the beach or train station.

The property is a light-filled three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a great layout and plenty of space. There are two separate living areas including an upstairs retreat and downstairs open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The place has a balcony and large wraparound courtyard including a cover patio area at the front and back - so there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor space and it won’t feel like we’re living on top of each other.

The ground floor includes a wing with two bedrooms, a laundry, bathroom, and separate toilet. Both bedrooms include carpet flooring and built-in robe, one also includes a split system AC unit. There is a sliding door which separates this wing from the main living area creating even more privacy.

PROPERTY FURNISHED
I’m currently in the process of furnishing the place and around 80% there, it already has all the essentials for comfortable living, I just need to get a sofa/TV for downstairs and an outdoor table. I’m also considering furnishing one of the bedrooms this weekend so if necessary all you would need is your clothes and essentials.

At the moment I’m considering a couple of different options:

OPTION 1
- Leasing Bedroom 1 for $400 ono including all bills (all utilities and internet)

- Leasing Bedroom 2 for $300-350 ono including all bills to a FIFO - rent to be negotiated based on swing.

OPTION 2
- Leasing both ground floor bedrooms to one person — one could be used as a home office if you WFH or however you like - $450 to $500/week ono bills to be determined

Proposed rents are all based on a single occupant only.
