I’m putting out feelers for my rental in East Fremantle and exploring a few different options.
At the moment I’m only spending around 1 week per month in Perth, and this will likely reduce further in the near future.
Options being considered:
• Long-term: Lease takeover (subject to agency approval, shared lease) – $550/week, unfurnished, bills excluded.
• Short-term: Minimum 2-month stay – $850/week, fully furnished, all bills included.
Located in the quiet riverside suburb of East Fremantle, the property is within walking distance of the Swan River, cafés, restaurants, parks, and public transport, with Fremantle town centre just minutes away.
You will have exclusive use of the entire first floor, comprising:
• Large master bedroom with walk-in robe

Shared facilities (ground floor):
• Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware
• Laundry with washing machine and dryer

The property is shared with one quiet and respectful female occupant in her mid-30s who has semi-exclusive use of the ground floor, including two bedrooms, her own bathroom, and ground floor living area. The kitchen, laundry, and outdoor areas are the primary shared spaces.
