I have a spacious, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a courtyard garden in East Perth.
My house is located close to the Perth CBD and Swan River with local amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy and Perth City Farm (farmers market) plus a variety of cafes and restaurants including The Royal pub. Optus Stadium is a 7 minute walk across the Swan River.
The free yellow CAT bus is located close by (only a 2-minute walk) and takes you directly into the Perth CBD or Claisebrook Train Station.
The house is located 20 minutes from Perth Airport.

I keep a clean, tidy and peaceful house and am looking for someone who is aligned with this.
I’m friendly and enjoy socialising with friends and neighbours, but also enjoy time by myself, gardening, baking, cooking and reading.
I am a non-smoker and don’t have pets (unless you count house plants!).
