I have a lovely spacious, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with an abundant courtyard garden in East Perth.
I’m looking for someone friendly to rent one of the bedrooms which includes a built in robe, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Plus, this room is overlooking a beautiful park. The bathroom is large (as per photo) and shared with one person.
My house is located close to the CBD and Swan River with local amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy and Perth City Farm plus a variety of cafes and restaurants including The Royal.
The yellow CAT bus is located close by (only a 2-minute walk) and takes you directly into the city or to Claisebrook Station.
We are located 20 minutes from Perth airport.
I am a non-smoker and don’t have pets (unless you count house plants!).
The room is available for $395 per week including utilities.

We keep a clean and tidy house and are looking for someone who is aligned with this and is a contributor.
I’m friendly and enjoy socialising with friends and neighbours, but also enjoy time by myself, gardening, making cakes, cooking or reading a good book.
I’m house proud and take great care of my home and garden.
