IMPORTANT Information: The Master bedroom is suitable for city professionals (for $400 per week) and/or for 2 male students (sharing) for $200 each per week. A single car space is also available for tenant use.
Please also note that I would be on a holiday cruise between 3 and 12 June. As such, move ins has to be before I depart or after I arrive back in Perth.
A 'no obligation' unit inspection is scheduled on 30 May between 10am and 1pm. Please confirm availability.

The unit is located in a 7-storey building complex on Hay Street, East Perth. The building and the unit itself are well secured. A fob key is required to enter the building and to operate the lifts, entry to the swimming pool and gym as well as entry to residents private car spaces. The unit can be accessed via an RFID card key. The neighborhood is very cosmopolitan, surrounded by hotels, apartments, a post office, a supermarket, small shops and an array of dining options. A well-managed park is on the corner of Hay and Plain Streets for morning and afternoon walks. Langley Park and the Swan riverside is also down the road. The Red Cat bus city loop service is less than 300 meters from the unit complex.
