The room has a king size bed (2 separate sleep-number mattresses that can be adjusted), direct access to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The room is south and west facing with big windows on 3 sides which makes it bright and airy. The nbn internet connection is included in the rent, which makes it perfect for remote work or study.

This room can be rented for $440 per week for an individual including electricity, water and internet or for $460 per week for a couple.
