Small home, I'm a single dad, and the kids are not usually at this house at all. I don't spend a lot of time at home, and you'll likely see me weekends and sporadically through the week. Otherwise, the place is pretty much empty and to yourself. Close to Vic Park, and tons of restaurants. I have a dog, and you'd need to be dog friendly.
