Hi, i'm Ian and i own the house. I am 51yrs old and work as an Operations Manager in Perth. I have 2 large dogs who are very friendly!! I work days so not home until late afternoons . I have my 6yr old son with me on weekends but we will be out most of the time.

I am not looking for someone who wants to have parties all the time. I do like to socialise but prefer to go out to do it where possible. Someone who cleans up after themselves is important as i have had a few people that seem to think they are just renting a room and the rest of the house is not their problem. A cleaner can be arranged but at a cost to all housemates.
