House has filtered water as well as ducted reverse cycle aircon. Room also has a ceiling fan in addition to the reverse cycle aircon and 100% block out blinds (easy to sleep in the day) and new plush carpet.

Bills and expenses
Bills are included in rent amount up to a fixed dollar value. Anything that goes over this value is split between household members. Ie: if a power bill goes over $600 in a billing period the amount over 600 is divided.

I rent the other rooms in the house out to help with the increased cost of living. Currently there is a lady around 45 and a young guy around 22 sharing the house. Everyone in the house works and is respectful of each others needs and space. We each have our own food and cook separately but occasionally one of us will do a big cook up and invite everyone to share. We occasionally have a drink togther but the house is generally pretty quiet, with everyone being super respectful of each others rosters and needs.
Previously there was a young Irish couple in the room for a couple of years but they went back to Ireland to live and that’s why the room is now available. The house has a pretty quiet, chill vibe and we all have a joke and get along well.
