Description of the home
Welcome to Haus Palu!
Renovations are almost completed, so your bedroom will be brand-new, and I've worked with an interior designer to create a cosy, calm and peaceful space - not just a place to sleep. Hence pictures of your room and shared bathroom are not available yet.
The place is a 5-minute walk from Glendalough Station, with a direct bus to Scarborough Beach, as well as a train line - one stop to Leederville or two stops to the city. There is no need for a car here, but I do have off-street parking included as part of the rent. The Innaloo shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away, or if you don't have a car, the 990 bus also stops there.
The place has direct access to a large garden and alfresco area, which is a cosy place to enjoy a meal or watch a movie on the projector outside.
You will be sharing the place with me and my 8-year old son, who is a gentle and easy-going child. He is here 50% of the time, and swaps houses every couple of days.

I have a busy and diverse life and am not home a lot. Since my son is here 50% of the time, this is definitely not a party-house, but I do enjoy a glass of wine. I'm also a movie buff and music plays a big role in my life, both recreationally and professionally. I'm a good chef and am happy to share a meal, but would also be happy to keep meals or food separate.
