Description of the home
Am looking for a person or couple to rent one of my rooms to, I am offering it cheap as because I work FIFO on the shut circuit need someone to be able to look after my dog whilst I am away.
The house is abit older and currently renovating but the rooms have been painted and have brand new air-conditioning installed
I have quite alot of gym equipment set up in the sunroom out back which you are more than welcome to use.
There is currently a large concrete slab in my back yard that will be getting turned into a granny flat later in the year, ths works were meant to be going on at the moment but unforeseen circumstances stopped it
When I am home I'll be spending alot of time training , with my dog Atlas or just relaxing. Having flat mates who are keen to socialize would be ideal, but if you prefer just being lowkey that's fine too.

He has generally always been good with other dogs in the house (he can be protective when he is on the lead with dogs he doesnt know) but his prey drive for smaller animals is very high so I cant trust him with cats unfortunately
