My name is Harris and i work for auspost. My wife and I don't live on the property. Currently there's a male tenant leasing one of the bedrooms. Andrew is a full time worker in the late 50s.
Basically we are looking for a long term female tenant working full time of any age bracket who can live comfortably and keep the property clean and tidy as their very own.
So there will be only 2 tenants living in the house at all times. You'll have your own bathroom and toilet. The property is new with a modern kitchen, open space tv area (Netflix incl.), dining area and a reasonable spacious backyard.
The available bedroom consists of a queen bed, office chair and desk, bedside table, wardrobe and key lockable door.
2 car spots available on the driveway of the property.
There's CCTV cameras all around the property for additional security.
2 weeks rent and 2 weeks bond to be paid in advance on a fully rental contract.
And finally, cleaning is a shared responsibility. It's a rental house and not a party house. Weekly turns cleaning the communal area.
