House is a good size 5 bed 2 bath with a decent sized back yard. The shared bathroom has 2 basins, a shower and a bath. House and bedrooms are furnished but if you have your own bedroom furniture I am happy to accommodate. The house has 2 fridges, a gas barbecue, some fitness equipment. There is also a basketball/tennis court and oval very close by. Each bedroom has ducted reverse cycle AC and a ceiling fan. There is a cleaner fortnightly and the lawns and yards are seen to giving you more time to do what you enjoy.

Located close to the freeway, and a short drive to Gateways shopping centre. The pub, chemist, and IGA is about a 10 min walk or 2 min drive, Aubin grove station about 20-25 min walk or a 4-5min bus ride or drive. Any other questions, please feel free to message.
