About occupants
I’m looking for a new occupant for the place. There are currently 3 people living here. I will be here for a little while longer and a friend (Taylor) will be taking my place. He is a commercial diver and works regular hours. He is friendly, respectful, clean and considerate. The other occupants (a couple) are leaving in Spring to sail. Lachie works in IT and Lucy works as a support worker, each run their own business and work regular hours out of the home. We are all respectful and considerate of each other. We keep the house clean and tidy. We all enjoy a game night together on occasions (board games and/or switch) and otherwise keep to ourselves unless we feel up to a conversation. We keep a WhatsApp chat to maintain communication about the house or packages arriving. If you like to keep to yourself you won’t feel any pressure, and if you feel like socialising we are all happy to do that to. Looking for someone nice, clean and considerate, nothing else matters much.

I am open-minded and friendly, as are my housemates. Whoever you are you’ll be welcome as long as you’re considerate and respectful of the place and the people in it.
