Hey guys! Just thought I'd post to see if there was an expression of interest! I'm leaving a rental in Heathridge (at this time date is unknown) and my roommate needs to find someone to take over my side of the lease.
At this stage the lease is until February 18th 2022.
4x2 in Heathridge 6027
7 minutes from Mullaloo Beach
10 minutes from Joondalup and Whitfords shopping centre
Close to Mitchell Freeway, Marmion Avenue and Ocean Reef road
2 bedrooms for yourself
Own bathroom and toilet
Female only household please
Furnished in communial areas so you would only need what you want in those rooms
Rent is $210 a week not including bills
Non smokers as per Landlords
No pets allowed as per landlord
Would be great if my roommate could actually be friends with this person but at the very least small chats would be fine.
These are photos from when we first moved in (please excuse the girl in the tub haha). As stated the move date is unknown currently but for peace of mind for my roommate we're trying to see what we can find before the stress of the move. If interested send me a message!
