I’m taking over the lease at my 3 x 1 house plus a granny flat that I’m renting on the 29th of may onwards in Heathridge. Looking for someone (preferably female) who is in their mid 20s to early 30s that’s interested in moving in and going on the lease for this cute spacious granny flat.

The granny flat has its own bathroom, walk in robe (that’s like its own room) and you obviously have free access to the house as well. You also get free use of the garage and there’s heaps of parking out the front.

Ive just moved back from Melbourne this year so at this stage you’re free to bring whatever furniture you like as I’ll be slowly furnituring the house as I go ☺️

Rent will be $350 per week for the granny flat plus bills (they aren’t expensive) and just a bond payment of $1094 to the real estate.

A little bit about me:
I’m in my early thirties and work full time. I live a lowkey, relaxed lifestyle in my day to day and I love coffee and walks along the coast, Pilates Saturdays, footy (mad pies supporter) and curling up with a glass of wine and a movie. I’ve just moved back to Perth from Melbourne, while I like to keep to myself at times I also love to have a drink with friends and roommates.
