Spacious 4x2 home in Edgewater, just a 5-minute walk to the train station and close to bus stops. Also walking distance to Coles, cafes, a gym, and local shops.

Two rooms available:
🛏️ Larger room – fits a king bed comfortably – $370/week
🛏️ Smaller room – with built-in wardrobe – $250/week
(Bills shared equally between housemates)

The home has a large open-plan living area with heating, a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and plenty of storage. Quiet street with easy street parking (no permit needed). Peaceful area with nearby parks and walking trails – ideal for relaxing after work.

You’ll be sharing with a respectful, easy-going male housemate and a friendly Border Collie. I also have my young daughter with me every second weekend, so looking for someone who’s child-friendly.

Female applicants only – FIFO preferred but open to the right fit.
