Multiple external live-recording security cameras for safety and peace-of-mind, including a smart doorbell. The external and bedroom doors are all smart locks, accessible with fingerprint, pincode, and fob.

TWO Laundries on premises, each including washer and dryer. Cleaning chemicals, toilet paper, coffee, tea and sugar provided for free.
