Hi everyone. I got a large room in Henley Brook. the Room is a lot larger than shown. Room Pics are skewed. $360 with bill inclusive. The room comes with 2 side tables. A brand new drawer. And desk and chair. Shared bath/toilet. House is a 5/3. Have 2 fridges of which one is shown and you'll be sharing with 2 people. Microwave, convection oven. Washer and Dryer. Note - All equipment is a year old. But brand new when procures. No market place BS. New Furniture is being ordered next week for the living room. The house is a short walk to a coffee shop. Coles is a 3 minute drive. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk. Msg me if interested. Room is open to couples for a different rate post discussion. Cheers and thanks. The house is currently home to an Indian couple in the master. And 3 Fifo workers. 2 of which are on an 8/6 roster and 1 of them has an ensuite. I'm the other Fifo worker who is hardly there for 5 days in a month. The other Fifo is in Perth every alternate swing married to a Balinese girl. So practically the shared bath/toilet is used by the person in the room that is out for rent. I provide new sheets, Comforter, pillows. Pillow covers and Donna covers complimentary. 2 sets. I care about the house I live in and the people who I share this space with. This is my labour of love and it's the one of the few things I'm proud of. Me casa su casa. All cleaning products are available from me. I need clean and tidy people who clean as they go. Non negotiable.
