🏡 Looking for a New Housemate! 😊

Hey! We’re hoping to find a friendly, easygoing housemate who would love to become part of a relaxed, respectful household.

A little about us…

✨ Me (Kate): Working full-time in education (8am-4pm week days) easy to get along with, and looking for someone who enjoys a happy, clean and comfortable home. My two sons (12 and 8) live with me 50% of the time.

✨ Nat (housemate): Absolutely amazing! She’s friendly, respectful, super easygoing, and works most of the time in hospitality. She also has her two kids stay over once or twice a week.

🏡 About the room: Our previous housemate has just moved out because her new home is finally ready, so we have a room available!

📍 Location & future plans: Our current home is being sold, so we’re in the process of finding a new rental in the High Wycombe, Forrestfield or Maida Vale area. We’re currently on a periodic lease, so we’re unsure exactly how much longer we’ll be here. Ideally, we’d love to find someone who would be happy to move with us when we find our new place!

The setup will remain the same, with your own private bedroom and a shared bathroom. 😊

💕 Who we’re looking for: Someone who is friendly, considerate, tidy and respectful, who enjoys a peaceful home but is also happy to have a chat. We’d love to find someone who fits in naturally with our little household and makes it feel like home for everyone.
