Available room: A bright, private room that’s fully furnished and comes with a wardrobe. You’ll share the kitchen, living area, dining room and bathroom with friendly housemate. You’ll also have access to the pool, tennis court, and BBQ area. Rent is $315 per week, excluding bills, with a two-week bond required.
