Description of the home

This is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a theatre. The master is occupied by myself and offering one room and the bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed. If you want you bring in your own bedroom furniture i have 1 other room that is empty. They all have wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors. House is fully equiped (theatre still getting furnished). High speed internet available and unlimited, ducted aircon/heat, washing machine, heat pump dryer and VERY CLEAN environment. Looking for a person that is very tidy, respectful and clean. The other bathroom has a bathtub and a shower and I have my own ensuite to use.

Room is big enough to put a tv with a couple of PowerPoint's. There is a 6kw solar system therefore electricity is quite low.

I work away (fifo) therefore I'm not there most of the time so would prefer someone who is also fifo however not limited to that only.

Reference checks will be required for the place. The house is only 18 months old, built was finished 2023 November and 70% of the time I'm usually not home.

Things to note: All shopping needs such as your woolworths coles etc are within a 10 minute drive; 15 minutes to cockburn/cockburn train station; 30 minute drive into the city; 30- 33minute drive to t3/t4 (qantas/jetstar) ; 25-30 minute drive to t1/t2 ( international, virgin, most fifo flights). There a multiple gyms around and a new revo being opened within 10 mins drive. For fifo, uber is usually around 30$ to most of the terminals, sometimes cheaper.
