Bills and expenses

Would like to get $350 a week but im flexible on that 🤙🏻

Would appreciate splitting water if possible as that would likely be the most noticeable increase to current utility bills

House has 10kw solar panels and a 13kw battery, so electricity costs are low and i dont have any issue paying that and Ill cover gas without issue as well

I also have a local cleaner that swings by once a month to go over the floors and bathrooms too which I will also cover
