House has a large park at the end of the street (100m), 5 minute walk to the bus stop (400m) which will either take you to Whitfords train station or lakeside Joondalup shopping mall / Joondalup train line. (Bus Line 467) The Wanneroo recreation centre is not too far too, few gyms in the area too. 7 minute walk to Woolworths shops, doctors, chemist, gym, kebab shop, bws, haircut place, indian restaurant, news agent.
The house has insulation within the walls and ceilings so the climate inside is very nice during summer and winter. There is a 3x stage water filter system that filters the water for the whole house, House has Digital Hot Water system so you get the perfect hot water temperature every time without having to mess around with both taps. Security fence around the front of the house, Security cameras around the house, unlimited internet wifi 6, all gas, water and electricity included in rent. There is on street verge parking.
House has floor tiles throughout, except the bedrooms where it is carpeted. A in house ducted vacuum system helps makes cleaning a breeze and during the winter months we use the wood fire heater to heat the whole house (with additional options of air con through the whole house for heating and cooling). Recently purchased a robot vacuum and mop that cleans the majority of the house.

Jon (47) is a I.t Engineer during the working week and runs a berry business on the weekends.
Kat (37) is currently studying.
One additional male room renter (47) works full time Monday to Saturday. The vacant room is next to this persons room. He is going to bed usually by 8pm and wakes at 4.30am. Who ever takes the room available will need to be mindful of noise between these hours and try to be quiet.
Most days, everyone is getting up at 6am and the house is generally quiet and everyone heading to bed by 10pm. We all have our different times of being home and running out the door to our next appointment or away at times for weeks at a time for business. It is seldom that we are all at home at the same time. We don't do parties, not into drugs, Non smoking indoors. The area is generally quiet.
Compatible people: I’m looking for a friendly and considerate person with a positive attitude. If you don’t mind doing your bit to keep your areas of the home clean and tidy then we’re on the same page. I think it’s great to have friendship within the home, but also respect each other space and privacy.
As i have this ad up in a few places, it works on a first come, first serve basis and could be removed if rented from another site.
