The bedroom for rent has lockable key door, n-room safe, ceiling fan, split air con unit, 50" tv connected to the internet, can come with or without furniture, king single size bed optional, tall boy chest of draws, night stand (optional), Room also includes LED lights, tinted mirror windows on outside, curtains. Bedroom is next to a shared bathroom which has a shower, sink and bath tub. Toilet is in its own location separate from the bathroom. Additionally, you will have access to your own pantry cupboard and would be sharing a modern large French style fridge / Freezer.

House has a large park at the end of the street (100m), 5 minute walk to the bus stop (400m) which will either take you to Whitfords train station or lakeside Joondalup shopping mall / Joondalup train line. The Wanneroo recreation center is not too far too, few gyms in the area too. 7 minute walk to Woolworths shops, doctors, chemist, gym, kebab shop, bws, haircut place, news agent.

The house has insulation within the walls and ceilings so the climate inside is very nice during summer and winter. There is a 3x stage water filter system that filters the water for the whole house, House has Digital Hot Water system so you get the perfect hot water temperature every time without having to mess around with both taps. Security fence around the front of the house, Security cameras around the house, unlimited internet wifi 6, all gas, water and electricity included in rent. There is on street verge parking or option for a garage parking for additional $20 a month.

House has floor tiles throughout, except the bedrooms where it is carpeted. A in house ducted vacuum system helps makes cleaning a breeze, plus a new vacuum / mop robot and during the winter months we use the wood fire heater to heat the whole house (with additional options of air con through the whole house for heating and cooling too).

Most days, everyone is getting up at 6am and the house is generally quiet and everyone heading to bed by 10pm. We all have our different times of being home and running out the door to our next appointment We don't do parties, not into drugs, Non smoking preferred. The area is generally very quiet.

I currently have 2x rooms available for rent. Everyone will have their own pantry, access to fridge freezer space. All bedrooms have a air con split and ceiling fan (with or without a kind size single bed optional)
