The number one thing anyone who has stayed with me says, is that my house is so clean and peaceful. Everything should be cleaned after use.

It's a 3 bedroom home; Master room is currently occupied by me and I will be leaving around September, and the 2nd bedroom is rented to 23 yo male who is leaving in September 2026 for 4-6 months, and the 3rd to a 21 yo female.

The kitchen is small but has everything you need including fridge, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, blender, a really good oven and air fryer. You're welcome to use these, as well as cooking utensils.

The house is close to Woolworths, IGA and multiple Shopping Centres. Plenty of gym options around. 30 minutes from Perth CBD and 13 mins from train station. Bus stops are just outside the home.
