Looking for a relaxed and convenient place to call home? This well-kept house in Huntingdale is just what you need. You’ll be sharing the space with myself, another easy-going male housemate, and my super friendly dog who loves meeting new people.
Each room has evaporative air conditioning to keep you cool in summer, and the shared bathroom is currently being upgraded for a fresh, modern touch. The carpets have just been replaced, giving the home a clean and cozy feel.
There’s a carport available for your use, plus a huge backyard – perfect for relaxing outdoors. We’re close to public transport, local parks, and shops are only a 5-minute drive away.

I’m often away from home due to work commitments, so you’ll have plenty of space and quiet time during the day. My other male housemate works early mornings and is usually home only in the evenings – he’s respectful, tidy, and keeps to himself.
We’re hoping to find someone reliable who genuinely enjoys the company of dogs and wouldn’t mind giving Lloyd (our super friendly pup) a little love and care during the day while I’m away at work.
• Keeps to themselves – Someone who’s happy doing their own thing and doesn’t feel the need to “take over” the house or dominate the shared spaces.
• Respects boundaries – Especially while I’m away for work, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t add unnecessary stress or complications to the household dynamic.
• Considerate with utilities – Rent includes bills to a reasonable extent, but if you’re into luxuries like having the heating on 24/7 or leaving all the lights on constantly, we’ll need to reassess the bills fairly.
• Low-key social life – Friends are welcome, especially on weekends, but please keep things quiet during the week. The other housemate works early mornings and needs a peaceful environment.
• Shares common areas respectfully – We want to avoid the home turning into a hangout spot or party pad. Shared spaces are for everyone, so mutual consideration is important.
Overall, we’re looking for someone easygoing and drama-free who appreciates a tidy, chilled home and gets along well with a dog.
