Description of the home

2 Bedrooms: Unfurnished and furnished (queen bed) Bills included.

Bathroom: Will be sharing with one other female.

Rooms: Unfortunately the rooms do not have AC however there is a main AC unit in the kitchen/living space for shared use. 1 bedroom has a queen sized bed and a bedside table and the other room is unfurnished.

Shared Spaces: Access to the living room, kitchen, laundry, and garage (1 car).

Laundry: Washing machine and dryer available.

Kitchen: Fully equipped and I am happy to share basic items. I will provide storage space for your own personal food supplies in the pantry and fridge.

The house is centrally located with quick access to shops. Maddington, Thornlie, Southern River, and Canning Vale are all within a 10-15 minute drive, with IGA only 3 minutes away. Revo Gym in Kelmscott and Canning Vale are both 10-12 minutes by car. The area is peaceful, close to parks for outdoor activities.

Pet-Friendly: I have a well-behaved indoor dog who loves company. She tends to enjoy her space while I’m at work, with the TV on for her. There are two living areas in the house: one in the front room and one near the kitchen. She’ll be found in either of these areas or my room!
