Description of the home
The house is very quiet, even though it is situated along the Karrinyup road (the house at the front shields us from a lot of the noise). It is a 3 bedroom house but I only rent out one room so there will be only two people.
The property is fairly new and all the amenities are modern. The property is located directly opposite a servo, 2 minutes (by car) from Karrinyup shopping centre and from Stirling train station. There is also a smaller shopping centre 2 minutes down the road (Gwelup Plaza)

The house is divided by the lounge, the front master bedroom is the one for rent and I live and work in the back 2 bedrooms. This works well as we each have our own space and bathroom but can socialise when we want to. I work from home so will be in most of the time.
I'm sorry the house isn't big enough for a couple to live in.
I have significant problems with mobility so I have a carer that comes into the house each day to assist me with everyday things. Am happy to elaborate on this setup upon request.
