Description of the home

Modern, recently purchased home with a clean and comfortable setup. The available room comes with a built-in wardrobe and can be furnished or unfurnished — totally up to you. Move available from May 9th.

Looking to get someone around my age late 20s to early 30’s. I will likely be getting another housemate which will involve sharing the bathroom but they will have their own toilet.

The location is super convenient — walking distance to the train station (I walk there every day for work), close to shops, and only 10 minutes from the beach.

There’s a full home gym setup (cables, dumbbells, and barbells), high-speed Wi-Fi, and plenty of on-street parking. The house isn’t a party place, but I do enjoy the occasional group dinner, games night with friends or having people over for a bbq on our twin bbq

The home has a bright, open-plan living area and some outdoor space that’s great for relaxing after work. I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, tidy, and down for a chat but who also values their own space.
