I been living in this beautiful townhouse in Joondalup for four years. What I really love about this place is all of the space! The lounge room and dining area are huge. All of the bedrooms are on the top floor which gives added privacy. I've furnished the whole townhouse (except for the room for rent) with new furniture. I recently upgraded to a 75" flat screen TV so it feels like you're in the cinema when you're watching a movie :) There is reverse cycle air con/heating on both levels to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.

There is a large balcony to the back of the townhouse with a BBQ and outdoor setting which is great for summer. There is also a smaller balcony at the front of the townhouse which gets the full sun during the day.

The townhouse is located right in the middle of Joondalup CBD so you are walking distance to the shops, pubs, restaurants, shopping centre, train station and ECU. If you have a car there is an allocated bay in the private parking area at the back of the property.

I work hard during the week, so you probably won't see much of me Monday to Thursday. I don't drink during the week but I do love a glass of wine on the weekends. I'm a very social person and I love meeting new people but I also like my quiet time to read or watch a movie. I love the occasional party on the weekends to dance and let my hair down. It keeps me sane! I'm respectful of others privacy and need for quiet though, so I rarely have people over at home.

I'm a clean and tidy person, and I'm someone you can talk to about absolutely anything! I'm open-minded and well travelled so the more personality you have the better :)

Respect is probably the most important quality in a flatmate for me. I'm very respectful to others and their privacy and I expect the same in return. I'm a clean person and I like to keep a tidy a house so having someone who is also clean and tidy is a must. I'm a very positive and social person so I prefer to live with someone who has a positive mindset about life and is happy to get lost in a good conversation when they have time. I keep a pretty healthy and regimented schedule during the week so it's important that my flatmate isn't a big drinker or party animal. Don't get me wrong, I love to party now and then, but not all of the time.

Overall, I'd like to live with someone who is happy and energised, respectful, clean, fun and is a person that I can look on as a friend as well as a flatmate.
