The Master Bedroom is fully furnished with Queen Bed (on a deluxe King Frame), Book shelf, Desk and Chair, touch lamps, and a built-in robe.
Option to use your own furniture instead as needed.
There's a decent sized TV and comfortable couch + LaZyBoy recliner in the Living Room. That room is pretty much all yours - I rarely have any time for it these days.
There's also a fully functional kitchen, a large fridge, and all the necessary appliances and utensils. The kitchen and dining areas don't see a great deal of use from me either.
The 2 bedrooms are also separated by the bathroom and linen closet and the Master's Robe, so there's no awkward wall sharing issues or anything like that.
Transport:

The apartment is a short walk to Glendalough train station (2 stops to city). There's a couple of closer bus stop as well.
For any car owners: there is also on-premises parking for you.
Misc.

The laundry room contains a washer, - and a dryer (which is useful during all this rain).
I'm ideally looking for a down-to-earth person or down-to-earth couple to rent. I've decided to rent out the amazing Master Bedroom since I have a slightly expensive mortgage to pay on the place.
Nb. not a party house, but I'm not bothered by having guests over or anything like that and don't mind if you enjoy a nice drink 🍷 🍻 every so often, etc.
I'm flexible with short-term renters that are in-between places, or in the middle of finding a more long term place of their own, I'd only need a weeks notice 👍
Non-smokers only(indoor or outdoor). Strictly a non-drug household.
