I work in state government, spending 3-4 days a week in the office and one or two days working from home. In my free time, I enjoy the beach, growing veggies, taking road trips down south, or getting lost in a good book. I’m naturally more introverted until I get to know someone.
I love a clean home and it is crucial that those interested are self-aware and also enjoy cleaning on a regular schedule.

Two rooms are potentially available for up to two people (2 single or a couple):
- Ground-Level Master Bedroom with ensuite
- Upstairs Bedroom with shared bathroom.
The Master Bedroom is suitable for a couple, including car parking, for $515 per week per couple.
If two single people apply and are suitable, the rooms would be $380 for the master with an ensuite and $340 for the room with a shared bathroom.
This house is a cosy and welcoming home for like-minded, mature individuals. I value maintaining a clean and tidy space by leaving each room as you found it, resetting it most evenings, keeping the home comfortable, clutter-free, and enjoyable for everyone. Mutual respect and communication is key, whether it’s for personal space or sharing and balancing communal areas.
