- Just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop with direct city routes
- A 4-minute walk to Dog Swamp Shopping Centre (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi)
- Right next door to what’s touted as the best pizzeria in Perth (according to the awards)
- Nice vibes

Mostly zen home, but it would be nice to have a home vibe, it is equipped for both.

If you have furtniture, could be open to some rearranging.
